In the 18th century, Johann Gottfried Herder coined the term "Zeitgeist" (a German word, meaning literally: "spirit of the times") and gave the word the meaning that it still has today: "the particularity of a specific period or an attempt to capture it".
The zeitgeist therefore acts as a reflection of a period, past or present. It is a conscious attempt to capture and, in an authentic way, to reflect social trends, styles and attitudes.
This is precisely what we aim to do with our Zeitgeist collection. We capture it and use our lifestyle textiles to embody it in a unique way. Classic, authentic and always new and modern.
